“Freediving is not only a sport, it’s a way to understand who we are.” — Natalia Molchanova

Freediving is a unique and transformative encounter with the ocean and oneself. Freedivers may experience a sensation of expansion, flying, gliding and weightlessness. Each dive is a unique and exhilarating meditative experience.
